Through his intimate confession, Marcus unveils a hidden history: October 17, 2057, when humanity's relationship with artificial intelligence reached a critical turning point that transformed civilization forever.

As Marcus prepares for his mysterious transformation, we glimpse a world utterly changed — cities wrapped in living gardens, humans who no longer age, colonies among the stars.

But what exactly is Marcus about to become? Why is he the first? And what waits for him on the other side of this irreversible choice? In his final moments before the procedure, Marcus promises that what comes next is "worth it" — but as we watch him close his eyes for the last time as a purely biological being, we're left to wonder: is he ascending to something greater, or surrendering something irreplaceable?
